All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Typically, items ordered and shipped domestically will arrive between 7-21 business days. Items marked import are shipped internationally and should be allowed 14-35 business days for delivery.

All products on Japan Jungle have a Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.

You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by opening a dispute using the form below.

 

Please note that you can only open one dispute per order. Refund requests are processed within 2-3 business days. When your refund is approved you will be provided with return shipping instructions.
